Location: Orisumbare, Lagos
Salary: 120,000 - 150,000 Net Monthly
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
FMR Agency is recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable school, for a School Curriculum Developer to manage curriculum, assessment, and examination activities across Preschool, Primary, and Secondary School levels.
- Review and update curriculum and academic materials.
- Set and review test and examination questions.
- Vet examination questions and scripts.
- Coordinate the preparation and printing of examination materials.
- Review teachers\\\' academic records and lesson notes.
- Prepare academic reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Follow up with teachers on assigned academic tasks and ensure timely submission.
- Work with teachers and management to resolve academic and curriculum-related issues.
- Bachelor\\\'s degree in Education or a relevant field.
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in a school environment.
- Former teachers, Heads of School, Academic Coordinators, or experienced Curriculum Developers are strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, teachable, proactive, and dedicated to assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to work effectively with teachers and carry the team along.
- Ability to listen to and handle feedback or concerns professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional maturity.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
