Job Summary

  • FMR Agency is recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable school, for a School Curriculum Developer to manage curriculum, assessment, and examination activities across Preschool, Primary, and Secondary School levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and update curriculum and academic materials.
  • Set and review test and examination questions.
  • Vet examination questions and scripts.
  • Coordinate the preparation and printing of examination materials.
  • Review teachers' academic records and lesson notes.
  • Prepare academic reports and identify areas for improvement.
  • Follow up with teachers on assigned academic tasks and ensure timely submission.
  • Work with teachers and management to resolve academic and curriculum-related issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field.
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in a school environment.
  • Former teachers, Heads of School, Academic Coordinators, or experienced Curriculum Developers are strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum development and assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, teachable, proactive, and dedicated to assigned responsibilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with teachers and carry the team along.
  • Ability to listen to and handle feedback or concerns professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and emotional maturity.
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
