Summary

• The Software Deployment Services (SDS) team delivers business application implementation, configuration and optimisation across a range of enterprise business applications. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about technology, business process improvement and system delivery, and who want to build a career helping organisations transform how they operate.
• This role provides the opportunity to work across multiple technologies and client environments rather than specialising in a single product. Candidates may bring experience of ERP, CRM, finance, property management or other business systems, and will develop broad implementation and consulting skills while working alongside experienced delivery teams
• The team increasingly leverages emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools and automation, to improve delivery quality, efficiency and client outcomes. Successful candidates will be open to adopting new technologies and exploring innovative ways of working.

Qualifications / Certifications required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Management, Property Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Equivalent practical experience in business systems, technology, finance, or operational functions will also be considered.

Experience required:

• 0-2 years' experience in technology, business applications, ERP support, systems administration, finance, accounting, property management or related fields.
• Exposure to business systems through employment, internships, project work or university programmes.
• Experience working with business processes, operational data, reporting or transactional systems.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for analysis, reporting or data management.
• Demonstrated interest in technology-enabled transformation and process improvement.
• Experience with one or more enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Sage Intacct, Certinia, property systems or other business applications is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities of role:

• Support the implementation, configuration and optimisation of business applications and enterprise systems.
• Gather, document and analyse business and process requirements.
• Participate in testing, defect resolution and solution validation activities.
• Support user training, adoption and post-deployment activities. * Create and maintain delivery documentation, process flows and system configurations.
• Work with senior consultants to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Support data migration, reporting and system improvement initiatives where required. * Develop knowledge across a range of systems and industries while building consulting and delivery skills.
• Support the adoption and effective use of AI-enabled tools, automation capabilities and emerging technologies to improve delivery efficiency and client outcomes.

Desirable skill sets include:

• Exposure to Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Sage Intacct, Certinia, Prophix, FloQast, Re-Leased, Xelix or similar enterprise applications.
• Understanding of business processes across finance, operations, customer management, professional services or property management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new technologies and business processes quickly.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Interest in consulting, technology implementation and client-facing delivery.
