Satic: Legal Network Operations

About the role:

• Join PwC South Africa's SATIC team as a Legal Network Operations Senior Associate and drive operational excellence across PwC UK's multi-jurisdictional legal network. Support governance, reporting, technology-enabled delivery, and project coordination in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate governance, delivery tracking, and reporting for senior leadership.
• Manage Legal Network data, subscription records, and user administration.
• Oversee legal directory submissions (Legal 500, Chambers).
• Support Salesforce pipeline management and business development reporting.
• Lead logistics for programmes, events, and cross-border collaboration.
• Drive workflow improvements, standardisation, and automation.
• Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and global stakeholders.

Who you are:

• 3-5 years' experience in legal operations, managed services, or legal project management within law firms, professional services, or corporate legal teams.
• Skilled in managing priorities and deadlines in complex environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and familiar with Teams, SharePoint, plus keen on legal tech including AI and automation tools.
• Strong communicator, comfortable engaging with senior, diverse stakeholders globally.
• Passionate about innovation and improving processes to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

• LLB or relevant qualification.
• Project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or legal operations certifications (Advantageous).
