Key Responsibilities Provide functional SAP support across claims-related processes. Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Support and optimise claims processes within the SAP environment. Investigate and resolve functional and system-related issues. Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Participate in SAP enhancements, testing and implementation activities. Identify opportunities for process and system improvement. Work closely with technical teams and business users. Assist with system testing, documentation and user support. Requirements 5-10 years' experience in SAP functional consulting/support. Proven claims experience is essential. Strong understanding of claims processes and workflows. Experience gathering and translating business requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Relevant tertiary qualification and/or SAP certification would be advantageous.
