Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performing and results-driven Sales Team Lead with proven leadership experience in the consumer lending space.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and performance management to a team of Sales Executives.
Drive the acquisition and growth of *salary loans* and investments.
Monitor team productivity and ensure monthly targets are met.
Identify business opportunities and implement initiatives to improve overall sales performance.
Requirements
Minimum qualification of an HND or Bachelor's Degree.
At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in loan saleswith significant expertise in Salary Loan sales.
Previous experience leading a sales team in Loan sales is required.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
