Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to optimize sales processes and support the Commercial team.
The ideal candidate will oversee sales performance, reporting, forecasting, and operational efficiency. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and team coordination skills.
Minimum Responsibilities
Monitor sales performance, targets, and KPIs.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Optimize sales processes and operational workflows.
Manage sales data, CRM records, and reporting systems.
Coordinate with sales teams and other departments.
Monitor inventory, orders, and sales documentation.
Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5–7 years’ relevant sales operations experience.
Strong knowledge of sales reporting, forecasting, and KPI management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
