Job Description
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will support the Head, Treasury Sales in driving the growth and performance of the Treasury Sales business, with primary responsibility for fund mobilisation, client acquisition and retention, portfolio growth and revenue generation.
You will manage relationships across HNI, corporate, institutional and other target customer segments, identify new business opportunities, deepen existing relationships and support the achievement of agreed Treasury targets.
You will also provide day-to-day leadership to assigned junior sales personnel, monitor sales performance, support pricing and commercial negotiations within approved parameters, and ensure effective execution of Treasury Sales strategies and initiatives.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in Treasury, Banking, Financial Institutions, Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, Retail Banking or related financial services.
At least 2 years' experience in a sales, relationship management or business development role within the financial services industry.
Proven experience in fund mobilisation, deposit mobilisation, treasury sales, business development or portfolio management.
Demonstrated ability to acquire, manage and retain HNI, corporate, institutional and/or retail clients.
Good understanding of treasury products, deposit mobilisation, pricing and financial market dynamics.
Strong sales, negotiation, business development and relationship management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work with targets and deliver measurable business results.
Good analytical, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and coordinate a small sales team will be an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of financial, liquidity, market and counterparty risks.
