Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional retail customer service while actively driving sales and revenue growth on the shop floor.
  • He/She will be responsible for engaging customers, understanding their needs, providing relevant product recommendations, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create memorable shopping experiences for customers through effective engagement and exceptional customer service aimed at driving sales, achieving customer satisfaction, and improving customer retention.
  • Promote brand and product awareness/loyalty by gaining and utilizing a comprehensive understanding of brand knowledge and technical knowledge of the products.
  • Maintain product placement and visual merchandising standards in line with set guidelines.
  • Drive sales revenue to achieve set financial and performance targets.
  • Data gathering: Gather accurate market data, customer information, feedback, trends, demographics, and sales data to drive market analysis and inform business decisions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and stock accuracy across product categories to maximize sales opportunities and prevent shrinkage.

Requirements

  • Applicants should have at least an Ordinary National Diploma (OND)
  • 0-1 year of work Experience required
  • No related industry experience required, as training will be provided to selected candidates.
  • Applicants should have good communication skills, Interpersonal skills, and be able to sell on the shop floor.
  • Proximity to the store location of choice is very important.
