We are looking for Sales / Marketing Manager.Overall, responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through the development and execution of effective sales and marketing strategies across the businesses.
General Accountabilities:
Business growth and increased profitability
Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed business targets.
Improve revenue by identifying and outlining other business expansion opportunities that will drive and increase revenue growth.
Embark on a customer expansion drive to ensure the onboarding of at least 5 clients per quarter from different industries to improve overall business profitability.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve business goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
Enhanced brand visibility
Implement result-oriented marketing strategies aimed at improving brand visibility.
Recommend and implement marketing campaigns and promotions to boost sales.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform management decisions on pricing and service offerings.
Manage the company’s online presence, including website, social media, and email campaigns
Optimize digital marketing efforts to generate leads and drive conversions.
Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Represent the company to build partnerships and explore new business opportunities.
Team Development and Management
Develop the ideal team for success in the commercial department.
Define realistic and achievable KPIs for each team member and track the performance of each team member's KPIs to measure the success of these KPIs.
Training and mentoring team members
Complete annual performance reviews
Commercial
Negotiating and reviewing contracts
Recognizing business opportunities and putting together bids to win new business.
Reporting
Provide reports to the Managing Director weekly on the performance of the sales and marketing team and the overall commercial strategy of the company.
