Sales Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
• At least 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
