Role Description

  • We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive B2B revenue by acquiring and managing corporate accounts (HR, Procurement, C-Suite). You will deliver tailored corporate gifting solutions, manage high-volume orders, and hit revenue targets.
  • Note: Requires solid B2B corporate sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard corporate clients (multinationals, corporate organizations, event managers).
  • Develop tailored B2B sales proposals, product decks, and customized pricing packages.
  • Manage full lifecycle account relationships to drive repeat business and client retention.
  • Coordinate order customization, logistics, and delivery with internal teams.
  • Consistently hit monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets.

Requirements

  • Education: B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 5 - 8 years of proven success in B2B corporate sales or high-level account management.
  • Competencies: Strong negotiation, consultative selling, client management, and executive pitching skills.
  • Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM tools.
  • Availability: Ready to work onsite in Lekki Phase 1 (Monday - Saturday).
