Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and business development for pipes and pipe fittings across Kenya.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, consultants and key customers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Develop and manage key customer and channel relationships.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities.
Prepare sales forecasts, market reports and regular business updates.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding quotations, orders, deliveries and customer requirements.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
