Sales Executive- Facilities Management At Centum

About the Role

Tribus TSG is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented and self-driven Sales Executive - Facilities Management to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and promoting the company's integrated facilities management solutions, including security guarding, cleaning and related support services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities within the facilities management sector.
• Market and sell the company's services, including; security guarding service, cleaning services and Integrated facilities management solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and close sales.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Coordinate seamless client onboarding and service implementation with internal teams.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and submit periodic sales performance reports.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions and client meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Facilities Management or a related field.
• Candidates with a proven track record of consistently achieving B2B sales targets may be considered in lieu of the stated academic qualifications.
• Minimum of 3 years' proven sales experience, preferably in facilities management, security services, cleaning services or business-to-business (B2B) service sales.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Experience preparing proposals, quotations and tender documents will be an added advantage.
