Job Description

  • Frisco Engineering Ltd is actively hiring a Sales Engineer to drive the sales and market presence of the company's comprehensive Water and Energy Engineering Solutions. This role is ideal for a target-driven professional who combines engineering technical knowledge with strong business development and relationship-building capabilities.

Key Responsibilities & Scope

  • Solution Sales: Drive the sales of specialized water and energy engineering solutions and products.
  • Product Marketing & Expertise: Execute sales and marketing strategies for specific product lines, including water pumps, boreholes, solar systems, water treatment equipment, swimming pools, irrigation systems, and power products.
  • Client & Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, accurate client records while managing customer relationships and negotiation processes.
  • Reporting & Administration: Utilize Microsoft Office and CRM systems to draft comprehensive sales reports and track pipeline activity.
  • Field Operations: Travel extensively to meet clients, assess site needs, and pursue new business opportunities, requiring a valid driving license.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Water Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of Second class honours (upper division).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Water & Energy Engineering.
  • Product Expertise: Proven experience in sales and marketing of water pumps, boreholes, solar, water treatment, swimming pools, irrigation, and power products.
  • Travel Requirements: Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Core Skills: Excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
  • Business Acumen: Target-driven with strong business development skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, along with the ability to prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client records.
