A well-established organisation is seeking an experienced Sales Call Centre Consultants to join its high-performing team. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with strong leadership abilities, a passion for client relationship management, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targetsKey Responsibilities:
Drive individual and team sales performance to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales consultants.
Manage and convert incoming leads into successful sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
Monitor sales pipelines, track performance metrics, and ensure accurate reporting.
Conduct daily team briefings and provide sales coaching where required.
Identify new business opportunities and develop sustainable lead-generation strategies.
Matric essential; relevant tertiary qualification advantageous.
Minimum 5 years' sales experience.
Strong experience in corporate sales, key account management, or business development.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Tanasity for longer call cycles required
