Are you a commercially driven sales professional with a creative eye for content creation and social media?
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Social Media Manager to drive sales, grow our customer base and strengthen our online presence.
The ideal candidate must be able to create engaging content, manage social media platforms and, most importantly, convert online engagement into actual sales.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and achieve monthly sales targets.
Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
Manage the company's social media platforms.
Create engaging videos, reels, product showcases and promotional content.
Shoot and edit product videos and photographs.
Manage customer enquiries and convert leads into sales.
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies.
Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat purchases.
Monitor sales performance and social media engagement.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in sales, marketing or social media management.
Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
Practical experience creating and editing social media content.
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut and relevant social media platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
Knowledge of fashion, fabrics, textiles or retail is an added advantage.
Must be creative, proactive, target-driven and results-oriented.
What We Are Looking For:
Someone who can confidently sell, create compelling content, manage online platforms and turn followers and enquiries into paying customers.
This is a hands-on sales and content creation role. We are not looking for someone who only knows how to post on social media.
