Sales & Marketing Lead (food & Beverage) At Elvaridah

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned with the business growth targets.
• Own and grow revenue across all channels walk-in, online orders, corporate gifting, and event catering.
• Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, bulk buyers, and institutional partners to drive B2B revenue.
• Oversee the brand social media presence, content calendar, and digital campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Officer and content team to ensure campaigns are on-brand and performance driven.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams (e.g., subscription boxes, collaborations, pop-ups).
• Track and analyze sales data and marketing performance metrics, reporting insights to management monthly.
• Represent the brand at events, activations, and promotional opportunities.
• Manage promotional pricing, discount structures, and seasonal campaign calendars.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial capacity.
• Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth through both digital and offline channels.
• Strong understanding of the Lagos consumer market and food/lifestyle brand landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in the food and beverage, FMCG, or hospitality industry.
• Existing network of corporate clients or event planners in Lagos.
• Experience with influencer marketing or brand collaboration campaigns.
• Proficiency in design tools like Canva for quick content creation.
