• The Sales & Marketing Officer will be responsible for driving property sales, generating qualified leads, developing client relationships and contributing directly to the company's revenue and growth objectives.
• The successful candidate will actively market Interrand's properties, engage prospective buyers and investors, conduct property presentations and inspections, follow up leads, convert prospects into clients and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales process.
• This is a performance-driven role suitable for individuals who are passionate about sales, business development and real estate.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

• Generate and convert qualified leads into property sales.
• Actively market and sell the company's residential, commercial and land properties.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop new client pipelines.
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media and physical meetings.
• Conduct property presentations and explain property features, prices, payment plans and terms to prospective clients.
• Organise and facilitate property inspections and site visits.
• Negotiate with prospective clients within approved company guidelines.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline from lead generation through closing.
• Develop referral networks and strategic relationships that generate new business.

Marketing:

• Promote Interrand's properties through appropriate online and offline channels.
• Participate in exhibitions, property fairs, activations, inspections and other marketing activities.
• Identify potential markets, customer segments and new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement creative strategies for attracting prospective buyers.
• Leverage social media, personal networks and other approved platforms to generate leads.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and property prices.
• Provide Management with useful market intelligence and customer feedback.

Requirements

• ND / HND / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Economics, Management, Mass Communication or a related discipline.
• 2 - 5 years' experience in sales, marketing, business development or a related role.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
• Confident, persuasive and commercially minded.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
• Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.

• Previous experience in real estate/property sales.
• Knowledge of Abuja's real estate/property market.
• Existing network of prospective property buyers, investors or corporate clients.
• Experience selling land, houses, commercial properties or investment products.
• Professional certification or training in sales, marketing or real estate.
• Strong personal/social media network capable of generating qualified leads.

Salary

N300,000 monthly - Additional incentives / commissions will apply in accordance with the company's approved sales and commission structure.
