We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Hours of work: 9am-6pm (Monday to Friday), 9am-1pm (Saturday), Full time onsite
Responsibilties
Identify and generate new leads through various channels, such as open houses, online advertising, and networking events.
Build and maintain relationships with clients i.e buyers and investors.
Conduct property showings and provide detailed information about the properties to potential clients.
Negotiate sales contracts and facilitate closings.
Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and the company.
Manage social media platforms to engage with clients, promote properties, and build the company's brand.
Create marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and blog posts, to showcase properties and the company's expertise.
Manage online advertising campaigns to reach potential clients.
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on market trends, competition and customer needs.
Work with other team members, such as agents and management, to achieve sales and marketing goals.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales and marketing activities.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their needs are met.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 3 - 5 years experience.
Salary N300,000 - N500,000 monthly.
