We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Sales and Marketing Executive
Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Hours of work: 9am-6pm (Monday to Friday), 9am-1pm (Saturday), Full time onsite
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels, such as open houses, online advertising, and networking events.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients i.e buyers and investors.
- Conduct property showings and provide detailed information about the properties to potential clients.
- Negotiate sales contracts and facilitate closings.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and the company.
- Manage social media platforms to engage with clients, promote properties, and build the company's brand.
- Create marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and blog posts, to showcase properties and the company's expertise.
- Manage online advertising campaigns to reach potential clients.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on market trends, competition and customer needs.
- Work with other team members, such as agents and management, to achieve sales and marketing goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales and marketing activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their needs are met.
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 3 - 5 years of experience.
Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 monthly.
