Job Title: Sales and Logistics Executive (Shipping & Freight Forwarding)
Location: Accra or Tema, Ghana
Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Operations
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new corporate and individual clients who import or export goods matching trade corridors to Ghana or regional West African trade.
Managing Shipping, customs clearance, transportation and warehouse services.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide clients with accurate information regarding shipping routes, transit/lead times, port procedures, and freight rates.
Coordinate with clearing agents and operations teams to guide clients through Ghana Customs (GRA/Customs Division) requirements, documentation, and port clearance processes at Tema or other ports.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Track active shipments and proactively update clients on cargo status or any port-related delays.
Monitor local competitor pricing and industry trends within Ghana’s logistics and supply chain sector.
