Exotic Pet Caf is a premium pet brand in Lekki, Lagos. We offer quality, hard-to-find pet products, professional grooming, boarding (Exotic Pet Lodge), and veterinary care. Our customers expect knowledgeable advice and excellent service, and we’re looking for someone who can deliver both.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales & Customer Relationship Executive
Location: Ikate, Lekki, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Working Days: 5 days a week (rotating weekday off)
The Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, in-store, on WhatsApp, and on the phone. You’ll sell our products and services, manage bookings, and make sure every customer comes back. This isn’t just a cashier role. You’ll own the customer relationship from the first visit to the next purchase.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in, phone, and WhatsApp customers; recommend suitable products based on each pet’s needs
Process sales accurately on our POS system (Shopify) and handle payments and receipts
Take and confirm grooming and boarding bookings; send booking forms and links; keep the booking record up to date
Follow up with customers after purchases, grooming, and boarding stays
Send vaccination, deworming and treatment reminders using the schedule provided by our vets
Reach out to customers who haven’t visited in a while and bring them back
Keep customer and pet records accurate and complete
Cross-sell our services: grooming, boarding and vet care
Support stock counts, restocking and merchandising
Collect customer feedback and reviews, and report complaints promptly
Send a daily sales and bookings report to management

Requirements
OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline
1–3 years’ experience in retail sales, customer service, or front desk, ideally in a premium or lifestyle brand
Comfortable handling dogs, cats and other pets (pet owners are a strong plus)
Excellent spoken and written English; confident on WhatsApp and the phone
Comfortable using a POS system, smartphone apps and Google Sheets/Excel
Organised, honest and reliable with cash and records
Polished, friendly and professional presentation
Lives in or near Lekki/Ajah
Remuneration
Salary: N200,000 monthly (inclusive of transport) + monthly performance bonus of up to 50,000
