Qualifications
BSc or BTech in Agronomy, Horticulture, Soil Science, Ecology, or a related field.
Proven experience with chemical and biological crop protection products.
Strong technical understanding of plant health and soil systems.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, independent, reliable, and able to manage time and priorities effectively.
High level of responsibility and accountability with a client-focused, solutions-driven mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region and work flexible hours as required.
AVCASA qualification, or willingness to obtain AVCASA certification within the first year of employment.
