Qualifications Degree in Electronics with a specialisation in RF Postgraduate qualification with a specialisation in RF Skills and Abilities Strong technical problem-solving and decision-making skills Good verbal and written communication skills in English Proven ability to prepare and author technical documentation Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace or similar productivity tools Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively Understanding of business economics, finance and costing models Strong time management and organisational skills Key Responsibilities RF Product Design and Development Design, develop and industrialise antennas, filters, duplexers and splitters to meet customer requirements. Gather and interpret customer requirements to develop appropriate technical solutions. Power and Signal Distribution Solutions Consult with customers and end-users to understand power and signal distribution requirements for communication towers and related structures. Design, develop and industrialise solutions that address identified needs. Ensure that the required customer approvals and certifications are obtained. Manufacturing and Quality Assurance Participate in manufacturing setup, product testing and quality assurance activities. Contribute to production planning and component sourcing decisions. Support compliance with applicable quality management processes. Research and Development Lead the R&D function, contributing to the development and industrialisation of new and existing products. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet technical and commercial requirements. Business and Performance Contribute to business unit performance in line with agreed financial and operational objectives. Support customer satisfaction, teamwork and adherence to the organisation's quality management framework.
