Ensure rates, availability, and restrictions sync correctly between the PMS, channel manager, and connected platforms, and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor public rate consistency against approved pricing and contracted terms, including unauthorised discounts, incorrect room mappings, and expired promotions.
Track bookings, revenue, cancellations, and distribution costs by channel, and recommend changesto channel participation, offers, or availability.
Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, and Marketing to resolve booking discrepancies and ensure direct booking offers are accurately displayed and bookable.
