Duties and Responsibilities
- Collecting revenue from assigned streams within the county; maintaining simple records of daily collections; assisting in verification of payments; ensuring safety of receipt books and collection materials; guiding customers on applicable fees and charges and providing invoices and supporting enforcement teams during revenue collection .
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: -
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with a mean grade of D (Plain) or its equivalent; and,
- Certificate in computer application skills.
