Develop and implement the procurement strategy in line with business objectives, managing budgets and spending while achieving competitive pricing, quality, and reliable supply.
Build and maintain strong local and international supplier relationships, lead commercial negotiations, and oversee import and export processes, including documentation and compliance.

8–10+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, and/or supply chain management.
Significant experience at senior management level.
Proven experience managing and developing a procurement or buying team.
Extensive practical knowledge of import and export processes.
Strong understanding of international sourcing, logistics, customs, and commercial documentation.
Experience in supplier negotiations and commercial agreements.
Knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, governance, and approval frameworks.
Strong strategic planning and commercial decision-making skills.
Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
Strong leadership and team development abilities.
Good understanding of international trade and supply chain processes.
