Manage stock levels, control inventory, and safeguard company assets
Implement effective merchandising to uphold high presentation standards
Drive sales performance to meet and exceed store targets
Handle administrative duties, reporting, and operational procedures
Maintain excellent customer service and resolve queries or complaints promptly
Supervise staff, including work allocation, performance management, and team development
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security requirements
Requirements:
Proven ability to delegate and meet deadlines
Strong sense of responsibility and business management acumen
2 to 5 years of retail management experience
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
