Own Regirl's relationship with the retail and wholesale partners who sell our products visiting our retail locations to keep merchandising sharp and retail reps motivated to sell, and converting inbound wholesale leads into closed accounts.
Who we are looking for
Someone who's genuinely comfortable in the field in stores, talking to customers and shop staff, not just at a desk and who can also close a deal when a serious wholesale buyer comes in the door.
You notice when a shelf looks wrong before anyone tells you, and you know how to get a retail rep who doesn't work for Regirl to actually care about selling Regirl products.
Who this role is for
You are not someone who's happy waiting for leads to convert themselves, or checking a merchandising box because it's on a list. What sets you apart is that you notice things a shelf that's not set up right, a rep who's lost interest and you do something about it before you're asked to.
Here is the core of why this role exists. Our products live or die on two fronts: whether they're merchandised and championed well in the retail locations that stock them, and whether the serious wholesale buyers who reach out actually get converted into real accounts.
On the retail side, you're in our locations regularly checking that our merchandising set-up looks right, talking to customers, and building real relationships with the reps on the floor so they're motivated to sell our product over whatever else is next to it on the shelf. On the wholesale side, you're closing inbound leads buyers who've already shown interest and need someone to actually get them to a signed deal.
You're the first person TSL has hired into this function. There's no existing playbook to follow you'll be building the relationships, the routines, and the standards as you go, and what "good" looks like in this role six months from now will largely be defined by you.
This role is not for you if you'd rather work a fixed list of accounts from a desk, or if daily, in-person, sometimes-repetitive fieldwork doesn't appeal to you. It is for you if you get real satisfaction from watching a relationship or a location's numbers improve because of something you personally did, and you want to partake in the upside of the results you drive.
Our environment is structured and performance-driven. We valueSpeedin execution,Teamworkin how we operate,Respectin how we communicate,Initiativein how we solve problems, Visibility in how work is tracked and communicated, and Excellence in the standard of output.
