An established business college is looking for three motivated Retail Sales Agents who can help prospective learners choose qualifications suited to their goalsand bring the drive and follow-through needed to achieve monthly sales targets. What you’ll get involved in
Connect with prospective learners through inbound and outbound calls and across digital platforms.
Understand their needs, explain their options and guide them towards a suitable qualification.
Generate your own leads, pursue new business and build a sustainable sales pipeline.
Keep accurate CRM records, manage follow-ups and contribute to sales reporting.
Assist with account enquiries, payment follow-ups, invoices and credit notes.
Help develop and implement marketing strategies that grow awareness, engagement and enquiries.
Review online course content for quality and consistency.
Work closely with the team to keep service standards high and sales activity moving.
A Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).
Proven frontline customer service experience and a strong focus on the customer.
Confidence using digital platforms, Microsoft Office and business software.
Clear, engaging communication, professional telephone etiquette and strong presentation skills.
The initiative to find opportunities, solve problems creatively and follow through.
Good organisation, effective time management and a sense of urgency.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00; overtime when required.
Salary: To be discussed.
Reports to: Marketing & Sales Manager.
Start date: As soon as possible.
Selection process: Two interviews.
