Retail Assistant - Beauty And Wellness At Remediks Pharmacy

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all customers are greeted with a smile
• Provide personalised instruction on product use to customers
• Recommend relevant beauty and/or cosmetic products
• Be a great team member
• Undertake stock merchandising and sales
• In addition to working with beauty and fragrance you must be willing to work across all areas of the pharmacy including vitamins and medicines.
• Maintain the presentation of the beauty and fragrance areas
• Process sales through the till
• Actively work on the floor to greet and serve all customers through demonstrations and advice
• Actively maintain and grow a client relationships
• Maximise sales through cross-selling and upselling in order to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Regularly update knowledge on Skincare, Wellness and Beauty trends.
