Resolve customer complaints and operational challenges promptly and professionally, escalating significant or unresolved matters to the RGM/ARM. Monitor attendance, punctuality, conduct, and performance, providing feedback and coaching while escalating employee relations or disciplinary matters to the RGM/ARM. Complete required checks, records, and shift procedures and ensure the restaurant is fully prepared for opening, trading, shift handover, and closing. Provide timely updates to the RGM/ARM on operational, employee, customer, safety, or inspection issues. Escalate urgent or critical matters directly to the Area Coach in accordance with Company procedures.
