Duties: Assist with the daily management of the spa and oversee operations in the Spa Manager's absence. Deliver professional spa treatments and personalised guest care. Support and guide the therapist team to maintain consistently high treatment and service standards. Coordinate treatment bookings, staff schedules and guest requirements. Assist with stock control, product orders and retail sales. Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and spa facilities to the required hygiene and presentation standards. Handle guest enquiries and resolve concerns professionally. Assist with spa administration and reporting. Requirements: Recognised qualification in Somatology. A minimum of 7 years' relevant experience, including at least 5 years as a Spa Therapist and 2 years as a Senior Spa Therapist. Experience in a high-end spa, luxury hotel or lodge environment preferred. Strong treatment skills and a commitment to exceptional guest service. Good leadership, communication and organisational skills. Valid driver's licence. Willingness to work a cycle of 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
