Registered Nurse Ãâ¢ã‚â€ã‚â“ Clinical Care & Phlebotomy At Harmony 360 Health

Harmony 360 Health in Ibadan is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to support clinical care, patient assessment and diagnostic services.

The successful candidate must be confident in phlebotomy and comfortable working in a multidisciplinary clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, monitor vital signs and provide direct patient care.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments within professional scope and facility protocols.
• Assist physicians during consultations and clinical procedures.
• Support patient education, documentation and follow-up.
• Maintain infection-prevention and patient-safety standards.
• Assist with patient flow and clinical coordination as needed.
• Perform venepuncture and collect blood samples safely and accurately.
• Ensure appropriate specimen identification, labelling and handling.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse qualification with current Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria registration and a valid practising licence.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Demonstrated competence in phlebotomy and specimen collection.
• Experience with intravenous cannulation and infusion therapy is an advantage.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with both paediatric and adult patients.
• Additional advantage: Experience in paediatrics, urgent care, outpatient clinics or diagnostic services.
