Job Summary
We are seeking proactive and results-driven Regional Co-ordinators (SME & Retail) to oversee regional operations, drive SME and retail business growth, manage customer relationships, expand market reach, and ensure the achievement of business targets while delivering excellent customer service for our client.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate SME and retail business operations within the assigned region.
Drive business growth, customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, and revenue generation.
Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve business and sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with SME customers, retail clients, and business partners.
Identify new business opportunities and promote relevant banking products and services.
Monitor regional performance, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Relevant experience in banking, SME banking, retail banking, sales, or relationship management.
Strong leadership, business development, and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance, manage teams, and achieve business targets.
