The Regional Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving sales operations within the Northern region.
This leadership position focuses on managing, mentoring, and guiding sales teams, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to maximize regional sales performance.
Our Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/HND in Business Administration, insurance or related discipline
Professional qualifications/membership (ie., CIIN, etc.) would be an added advantage.
Minimum of 7 years' experience in a related role.
Proven track record of managing and leading successful sales teams within the insurance Industry.
Existing network of contacts within the insurance industry.
