Job Description :

• Manage and coordinate daily operations across Abuja, Kano, Kaduna, and Kogi.
• Drive operational efficiency, service quality, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor branch performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead, coach, and manage operational teams across the region.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare and present regular operational performance reports to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a management role, preferably in the logistics, courier, transportation, or related industry.
• Must be based in Abuja.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple locations and teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.
• Must be available to resume immediately.
