Job Summary:

Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the Field Team, Supervisor, Opex, Diesel Team, PPM Team, Ops Support team for Smooth operation activities, ensuring that system requirements are properly implemented, and procedures are routinely followed. The Regional Manager provides leadership to cross-functional teams, manages budgets, coordinates with vendors and stakeholders, and ensures high standards of customer service and network reliability.

  • Ensure to achieve Internal & Customer defined SLA's.
  • Regular meetings with teams to understand ground level issues & implement solutions to avoid any N/W degradation.
  • Ensure to implement solutions in advance to avoid outages & Issues.
  • Ensure to oversee Opex availability for N/W performance improvement.
  • Oversee, Validate overall diesel management. Ensure to mismanagement & follow up with security teams to return diesel timely in case of theft.
  • Supervise and monitor operations, utilizing best practice operational processes with the aim of achieving service assurance and optimal customer experience.
  • Oversee schedule repairs and coordinate changes under the direction of the technical authorities
  • Oversee preventative, corrective, routine and breakdown maintenance is carried out as at when due
  • Develop, refine, and document FSE policies, processes, procedures, and associated systems requirements and drive their implementation and use
  • Utilize SAP to coordinate Work Orders, Requisitions and associated maintenance requirements.
  • Coordinate urgent material requisitions, including vendor liaison and associated logistics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10 -15 years of experience in telecom operations, including leadership roles.
  • Strong technical understanding of telecom networks and infrastructure
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver results under pressure.
