Job Title: Regional HR Manager
Location: Ibadan, Oyo Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Regional HR to manage HR operations and support the regional team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily HR operations and employee relations.
Prepare and coordinate monthly payroll, including attendance, salary, commission and deductions.
Handle recruitment, onboarding and employee records.
Implement HR policies, procedures and SOPs.
Support performance management and disciplinary matters.
Prepare HR reports and provide timely updates.
Follow up assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
Proactively communicate any issues or delays.
Requirements
BSc/HND in HR, Business Administration, Management or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
Proven experience in HR operations and payroll.
Good knowledge of employee relations and Nigerian HR practices.
Strong communication, execution and follow-up skills.
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Applicants must reside in Ibadan.
Fintech or sales-driven company experience is an advantage.
Salary N350,000 - N400,000 monthly.
