Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, expand market share, and develop new business opportunities for a telecommunications company offering reliable connectivity and communication solutions to individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement regional business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with individual customers, SMEs, and corporate clients.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
Lead and motivate the regional sales team to achieve targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or business development, preferably in telecommunications.
Proven experience in regional business development, sales leadership, and market expansion.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Good knowledge of the Abuja market is an advantage.
Salary N400,000 - N500,000 per month.
