Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership as AquaTrust transitions into a standalone enterprise
Lead and hold accountable leaders of Construction, Utility Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Finance
Build a highperforming organizational culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer service
Strengthen systems, clarify roles, and drive organizational accountability through scorecards and reviewsCustomer Growth & Business Expansion
Lead expansion into new districts and grow customer base across hand pumps, piped systems, and household connections
Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation
Identify opportunities for partnerships, innovation, and new business growthUtility Operations & Service Delivery
Ensure consistent delivery of customer promise (24hour breakdown response, preventative maintenance, quality service)
Establish systems to monitor performance, improve efficiency, and maintain service standards
Promote operational excellence and continuous improvementFinancial Management & Sustainability
Oversee financial performance, billing, collections, compliance, and reporting
Develop investmentready financial systems, budgets, and forecasts

Build strong relationships with government, funders, investors, and partners
Ensure accurate reporting of operational, financial, and customer performance using mWater and other systems

Qualifications
8+ years’ leadership experience managing organizations, enterprises, or utilities through growth and transformation
Proven ability to build and lead highperforming teams across multiple functions
Strong business and financial acumen with track record of delivering results ontime and onbudget
Experience developing systems and performance frameworks to improve effectiveness
Exceptional relationshipbuilding and communication skills with government, partners, and funders
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for decisionmaking
Willingness to travel regularly and spend significant time in field operationsPreferred
Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Project Management, Water Resources Engineering, or related field
Experience leading utilities, engineering, or servicebased enterprises
Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and DQ Sales approach
Experience using mWater or similar digital data platforms
Experience in WASH programming or community development
