  • Manage recruitment activities from job requisition to offer and onboarding.
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on defined requirements.
  • Develop and publish compelling job adverts.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment records using our ATS.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to support hiring decisions.
  • Conduct candidate assessments, reference checks, and other pre-employment activities.
  • Support continuous improvement and digitization of recruitment processes.
  • Help build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications

  • First degree in any discipline from a reputable institution
  • 1 - 2 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.
  • Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analytics
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau for data analysis is an added advantage.

Job Purpose The Recruitment Analyst will support the Talent Acquisition function by providing accurate recruitment data, analytics, reporting, and operational insights to improve hiring efficiency and workforce planning. Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment audits and data validation. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely updates on recruitment status and hiring requirements. Experience within an FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or other high-volume recruitment environment is an advantage. Practical experience working with recruitment data, trackers, dashboards, and reports. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, data validation, and data analysis. Experience developing recruitment dashboards using Excel and/or Power BI is an advantage. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR information systems. Ability to analyse and present recruitment data in a clear and business-friendly manner. Understanding of recruitment metrics and Talent Acquisition processes.
