Recruiter / Talent Sourcing Specialist

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean Search, and other sourcing tools.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping.
• Engage passive candidates through outreach campaigns.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to understand hiring requirements.
• Maintain ATS records and ensure candidate information is up to date.
• Support high-volume and specialized hiring initiatives.
• Meet sourcing targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Recruitment Sourcing or Talent Acquisition.
• English C1
• Strong candidate sourcing, research, and outreach skills.
• Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
