Key Responsibilities

• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with customers to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Prepare accounts receivable reports, including aged receivables and overdue balances.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices, payment schedules, and account queries.
• Allocate payments received to the appropriate customer accounts.
• Investigate and resolve billing errors, short payments, and disputed invoices.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to resolve customer account issues.
• Ensure proper documentation of all transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support month-end closing activities and provide relevant receivables reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and established financial procedures.
