We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Receptionist / Guest Experience Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos Employment Type: Nysc Work Schedule: Shift-based Reports To: Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and professionally.
Confirm guest reservations, payments and identification.
Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs.
Explain apartment rules, Wi-Fi access and available services to guests.
Respond promptly to calls, WhatsApp messages and guest requests.
Maintain accurate guest, visitor and shift records.
Coordinate and follow up on guest requests.
Escalate maintenance, housekeeping and security issues to the appropriate team.
Follow up to ensure reported guest issues and requests are resolved.
Maintain a clean, organised and professional reception area.
Complete proper handovers at the end of each shift.
Provide a welcoming and professional guest experience at all times.
Requirements
OND, HND or Bachelor's degree.
Preferably a current NYSC Corps Memberor eligible to serve under the NYSC programme.
Previous experience in front-desk, hospitality or customer-service roles.
Good spoken and written English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, organised and attentive to detail.
Professional and presentable appearance.
Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with guests.
Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Previous hospitality, front-desk or customer-service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Salary N120,000 monthly.
