Field Well Superintendent Job Summary The Field Wells Superintendent is the Drilling & Completions team field-based lead responsible for overseeing drilling and completions operations, logistics, and contractor performance for drilling and well-services activities. The Superintendent ensures safe, efficient, and compliant execution of activities, coordinates logistics and supply chain activities, manages relationships with drilling and well-services contractors, and provides operational leadership and reporting to the Drilling & Completions Manager. Qualifications Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline preferred; equivalent industry experience acceptable. 10+ years’ onshore drilling operations experience with progressive supervisory responsibility; prior experience as Drilling Superintendent, Toolpusher or Operations Supervisor preferred. Stocks Accountant Job Purpose: Managing the end-to-end accounting, reconciliation, and financial valuation of all produced and exported hydrocarbon volumes. This role ensures zero variance between physical crude oil movements (from wellhead to export terminal) and financial ledger records. Education: Degree and CPA/ACCA qualification. 3–5 years of production/stock accounting experience preferably in upstream oil and gas. Proficiency in hydrocarbon accounting software (e.g., Energy Components) and advanced Excel. Treasury and Receivables Accountant Job Purpose Managing the company’s cash flow, ensuring accurate financial records, and optimizing liquidity. Responsibilities / Key Objectives: Monitor and manage the company’s cash position to meet operational needs. Prepare and execute cash forecasting and liquidity analysis to ensure adequate funds are available. Prepare and maintain financial records and reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations. Identify and assess financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies. Administer and manage the company’s investment portfolio. Maintain and update the treasury management system and banking platforms. Handle foreign currency transactions and manage currency exchange risk. Analyze and optimize cash management processes for efficiency. Education & Experience: Degree and CPA/ACCA Certification. Tax Accountant Job Purpose: Support for all in-country Kenya tax issues including VAT, WHT, PAYE & Customs. Responsibilities / Key Objectives: Deliver overall tax compliance in line with applicable laws and regulations. This includes timely filing of VAT, WHT, PAYE , AFS and CIT returns Build relationships with external clients e.g. tax advisors, KRA, NT, MOPM etc to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise Provide expert support to management and business departments for taxrelated matters such as VAT, income tax, corporation tax etc Manage and review performance of external service providers for tax and compliance areas such as tax consultancy firms Identify and mitigate tax risks Develop and implement strategic tax planning to achieve tax efficiency Manage tax provisions and tax compliance processes Develop and maintain a good system of internal controls over all tax processes Manage and coordinate tax audits (KRA, Customs etc) and special tax related projects (KRA). The Officer acts as a trusted partner in field management and as an accessible resource for all field-based employees. Qualifications, Experience & Professional Certification Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Law, or a closely related field from a recognized university Certified Human Resource Professional CHRP(K)] . Candidates who have not yet attained CHRP(K) must be actively pursuing it and must attain it within twelve (12) months of appointment. Fleet Planning & Logistics Coordinators JOB PURPOSE The role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily crude oil evacuation and logistics operations across Ngamia and Amosing, ensuring seamless alignment between EPF operations, transporters, security teams, water supply requirements, dispatch activities, and terminal delivery schedules. Acting as the key field logistics focal point, the position facilitates effective communication and coordination among Production Operations, Transporters, Security, and Midstream Operations to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted crude transportation and supporting logistics activities. The position also provides direct supervision to Dispatch Controllers and field logistics personnel, ensuring disciplined execution of logistics processes and timely resolution of operational challenges. As the primary coordination link between field operations and Head Office, the role is accountable for maintaining operational continuity, managing stakeholder relationships, escalating and resolving logistics issues, and supporting the overall effectiveness of field logistics operations. Qualifications & Experience Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Transport Management, Operations Management, or related discipline. Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in logistics operations, transport coordination, fuel logistics, field operations, or contractor-managed environments. Experience coordinating large-scale transport operations within remote or challenging operating environments. Experience managing contractor performance and service delivery. Logistics & Fleet Operations Lead JOB PURPOSE This role is responsible for coordinating and overseeing end-to-end logistics operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable evacuation of crude oil from Lokichar to the Export Terminal. It ensures alignment between transport execution, terminal capacity, and export schedules, while upholding product integrity, operational discipline, and full compliance with HSSE and security requirements QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field Minimum 10 years’ experience in oil & gas logistics or depot/transport operations Demonstrated expertise in depot operations, fleet maintenance oversight, and HSSE management systems in fuel or hazardous product logistics. Strong experience in end-to-end fuel logistics, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient transport, storage, and terminal operations. Demonstrated experience in implementing Process Safety Management (PSM) and Operational Excellence systems within high-risk operations. Proven ability to embed safety culture, drive compliance, and sustain disciplined execution across contractor-based environments. Operations Assistant JOB PURPOSE This role is responsible for supporting crude receipt, offloading, inventory control, documentation management, reconciliation preparation, and operational reporting activities at KPRL.
