About the RolePMSEC International is seeking ambitious, persuasive, and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executives to drive property sales, generate leads, build client relationships, and support the growth of its real estate portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate marketing and sales, with the ability to identify prospects, engage clients, conduct property presentations, and successfully close deals.
Key Responsibilities- Market and sell residential, commercial, and investment properties.
- Identify and engage prospective buyers and investors.
- Conduct property inspections, presentations, and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property investors.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and direct marketing.
- Prepare property presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Negotiate and close property transactions.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback on customer preferences and competitor activities.
- Support the promotion of PMSEC International's real estate developments and investment opportunities.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
- 2–5 years experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Marketing, Business Development, or Sales.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of the real estate market and property sales process.
- Target-driven with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
