Real Estate Sales Executives

Salary: KES 70,000 Gross per Month + sales commisions

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and sell residential, commercial and investment properties.
• Identify potential buyers, investors and property clients.
• Generate sales leads through networking, referrals and digital marketing.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings and site visits.
• Negotiate with prospective buyers and successfully close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Research property market trends, pricing and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years experience in real estate sales.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the local property market.
• Self-driven, target-oriented and professional.
• Valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
