Job Description Tendering & Estimating Technical Evaluation Commercial & Risk Assessment Supplier & Subcontractor Management Bid Support & Reporting Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. Skills Minimum 5-10 years' estimating experience within the electrical, power, transmission, distribution, or construction industry. Proven experience estimating overhead line/substation projects , including transmission and distribution networks. Strong understanding of EPC, construction, and project costing principles. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, line profiles, route plans, and technical specifications. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software.
